Cats are definitely in.

There is no doubt about it. Not only do they rule the internet but they are taking over fashion.

And not just any fashion, but the world of runways, super models and expensive luxury items.

In the  fall and winter 2016 fashion shows many top designers featured feline items. Cat faces, cat bags, stripes and more were to be found tucked into the runway shows. Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Gucci, Mui Mui (and what a perfect cat name that is!!!) have shown their inner cat lover.

However, none of this compares to the true and genuine love, possibly adoration,  found in the fashions of Dolce and Gabbana who, without doubt, have the most dramatic, bold and wonderful line of fashion items. They are gorgeous. And so they would be, as they are cat lovers.

Stefano Gabbana is a cat lover. Actually, an animal lover as he owns several dogs as well. However, recently  he was introduced to Bengal cats and now is the parent to several of them. His love of them is well documented in his Instagram feed which has many,  beautiful photos of them.  What better way to share the wonder of the cats in your life than decorating luxury fashion with them!!!

The bold and colorful line encompasses dresses with realistic Bengal cats decorating the fabric, and extends to fashions for the younger set, delightfully also including il bambini. No matter that these aren’t for the majority of the population. They are beautiful to look at and enjoy. What a true celebration of cats this collection is.
